This is a popular dish I make when we host a party. Plus my brother's dogs love the bones for treats!
2-3 slabs of baby back ribs
Wash and remove membrane (I use a tweezers to remove the membrane, much easier)
Cut slab in half
Sprinkle with BBQ dry rub
Refrigerate overnight
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. I use Reynolds oven bags and bake ribs for 1.25 hours. Remove cooked ribs from oven bag. Brush with your favorite BBQ sauce. I like to use Ray’s BBQ sauce or Masterpiece BBQ sauce. Or you may prefer to make your own BBQ sauce.
Place ribs on the grill to get grill marks about 10-15 mins on each side. Remove ribs off the grill and brush some more BBQ sauce. Slice the ribs and serve on platter. Get ready for some messy eating but delicious!
